Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ami’ Amour Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct and that packages can be received safely.
If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Checking around your delivery area or mailbox
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
• Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary
Ami’ Amour Co does not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered.
